Let’s Do Over

Today’s plan.

64 oz of water.

Break the fast after noon.

First meal is a salad.

Vegetables for dinner.

Done eating by 7PM.

Yesterday

Well, that fell apart.

What do I need to do differently to stick to the daily plan?

I made up ‘excuses’ for breaking the fast early in the day – while it was happening and after.

A ‘fear’ motivator will likely work better than a ‘pleasure’ motivator.

All In

Who am I kidding?

While I am waiting till 3PM to eat, I am then eating garbage.

That’s not going to do me any good.

I need to go all in on this – break the fast late in the day, each good food.

Lets do this!

Glass Half Full

50% success.

Made it till 3:05PM before breaking the fast.

Did not make 20k steps yesterday – 18063 steps.

Same goals for today – break the fast after 3PM and 20k steps.

Old Habits

Die hard.

Didn’t make it till the afternoon before eating.

A bowl of cereal at 10AM.

Today is a new day.

The Process

Even though today’s weigh in doesn’t reflect improvement, I followed the process.

Did not eat until 1:30PM, again.

However, I did eat more than the day before … maybe my process needs to be more considerate of what I put in my body.

Some Progress

Made it to 1:30 PM yesterday before eating anything.

Some might think that is not a big deal. I have done that now for 2 days in a row.

The consistency is what will deliver the results.

Focus today is on (1) delaying eating … ideally until I fill at least a little hungry, (2) movement and (3) water.
